Jeffrey Mason, President of Fidelity National Title of Wyoming, is an accomplished Wyoming real estate attorney with a deep understanding of Wyoming’s land, mineral, and energy landscape. After clerking for a judge on the Colorado Court of Appeals, Jeff built a successful legal practice focused on complex surface and mineral title issues throughout Wyoming and the Rocky Mountain region. Jeff also represented clients in real estate litigation, administrative, trust and probate, and contract matters. Prior to joining the Fidelity National Title team, Jeff owned and operated Sovereign State Title Company, a statewide title company in Wyoming focusing on both residential and commercial transactions throughout the state. Drawing on years of firsthand experience, Jeff leads with a practical, purposeful approach, delivering timely, professional solutions that help clients navigate even the most challenging title and transactional matters. Jeff and the Fidelity National Title of Wyoming team proudly serve clients in all 23 Wyoming counties. 

Jeff graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and is licensed to practice law in Wyoming, North Dakota, and Colorado. Jeff resides in Sheridan, Wyoming, with his family.
